u can use any natural indian oil, they r as good as imported, only to boast/to spend ill earned mnoey u can buy imported, mustard oil is also good, country made ghee is rich in omega fatty acids good for health, Fortune is equally good. The most important is - exercise & tension free life, diet etc r secondary.
